Me again!

Can anyone point me to nice text-copyable listings of 

USGS geological quadrangle (GQ) series

USGS Professional Papers (esp. #300-1100)

Geological Society of America Map and Chart series (MC and MCH numberings, which I understand swapped over with #062?)

I'm hoping someone might have a nice Word doc, spreadsheet or series record with a 500 field I can copy....
