Franklin County High School will have an open position for an
agriculture education teacher for the 2024-2025 school year.

The position is a 12 month contract, with a full extended day in a multiple
teacher department This position concentrates on the animal science and vet
science pathways. Classes are 90 minute blocks. This teacher will be
responsible for managing a Livestock SAE Barn and production farrowing
operation.  In addition the teacher will work with the livestock show team.
The livestock program has traditionally been centered on swine, although we
do hope to diversify in the coming years.
