Adding final written reports and applications to the state Submission List (Submitting applications on the Application Manager video).:
1. Log in to your Georgia AgEd account.
2. In the left side menu bar, scroll down and click the “Go To Degree/Application Manager” link.
3. Go into each State Degree application and, once the application is complete, be sure to click the “Save/Print Application” button to generate a revised PDF of the final application. That version # is the one you will need to make sure is used in the next steps. You can also print that PDF file for a hard copy of the application.
4. On your main Application Manager page, look in the middle of the screen for the “State Submission List & Feedback” button and click it.
5. At the top of the screen, in the list of application types, click on the 2024 Agriscience Fair.
6. In the middle of the page, look for the “Add by version #” or “Browse” buttons. You can enter the version number of the application(s) you want to be submitted in the search box, or click the browse button to see your list of eligible applications.
7. When an application is added to the Submission List, you will see it listed on the bottom portion of your screen in the Submission List. Then repeat the process for each of your Agriscience Fair applications.
8. Confirm that all of the Agriscience Fair applications from your chapter are listed on the bottom half of the page in the “Submitted” list. That is how the applications will be reviewed for state approval.
9. You’re done…that’s it. Once your application(s) show up in that Submission List…that’s all you have to do.
Please contact me or your Region office if you have any questions or concerns.
