We are still in need of applicants for the 2024 Summer Staff team!
We currently have 16 Summer Staff and are still in need of 10-15 more to ensure that we are able to provide the same schedule and quality of programming that people have come to expect.
Eligibility Requirements
· Applicants must be 18 years of age at the start of staff training (May 12th).
· High School Applicants must be on track to graduate.
· High School Applicants must be dues-paid members of FFA/FCCLA.

· High School Applicants will be required to provide:
o A high school transcript
o A resume
o 3 letters of recommendation (1 from FFA/FCCLA advisor, 1 school administrator, 1 non-family member)
· College-aged Applicants will be required to provide:
o A resume
o 2 letters of recommendation (preferably one would be from an FFA/FCCLA advisor)
Important Dates
· Staff Training: May 12th-May17th*
· Staff Orientation: May 19th-24th *
· First Day of SLC: May 27th
· Last Day of Summer Staff Contracts: July 26th
· High School Staff will be allowed to attend their school’s week of SLC as a camper without contract penalty
*Note that being unable to attend parts of training does not automatically exempt you from the Summer Staff position*
Salary & Benefits
· First-year staff make $350 weekly before tax
· First year staff are paid $9/hour before tax on the weekends
· All staff are required to work at least one weekend out of the summer to complete their contract.
· Staff receive meals, lodging, and staff t-shirts for free. All other merch will be offered to staff at discounted prices.
