Subject: Weeded maps for a service project
Dear Maps-L subscriber,

Would you have any weeded maps that you could donate for a service project? Any size, type or style would be fine. I would cut the maps into 9 ½ inch squares and create origami frames with messages. The frames would be included in care packages for U.S. service men and women sent by one of these organizations:
Operation: Care and Comfort [www.occ-usa.org<http://www.occ-usa.org/>]
Forgotten Soldiers Outreach [www.forgottensoldiers.org<http://www.forgottensoldiers.org/>]
Operation Gratitude [www.OperationGratitude.com<http://www.operationgratitude.com/>]

Please see this file for an example: [www.srbrown.info/MapFrameProject.pdf<http://www.srbrown.info/MapFrameProject.pdf>].

Thanks for your help.
