We would like to share an upcoming workshop on distributed databases for data sharing and citizen science that we are giving next week at EGU24. In this workshop, participants will learn how to share and collect citizen science data in Constellation (https://docu.réseau-constellation.ca/; https://réseau-constellation.ca/), a peer-to-peer scientific database network that allows scientists to set up citizen science projects with no need for servers or IT knowledge.

The workshop will be themed on hydrology, but Constellation itself is generic and the skills learned can be used for agronomy, meteorology and mostly any other scientific field where data can be collected by community members from outside of academia.
