THe largest scale for the whole country is 1:950K, published by Kummerly & Frey. For just the Nile Valley/Delta region, Carta (an Israeli firm) publishes a 1:500K map. MapLink carries what national topo series it can, but doesn't have Egypt's. The best topo coverage they carry are the DMA TPC aeronautical charts for the region, at 1:500K. You might want to try Omni Resources in the Research Triangle area of North Carolina. They tend to get geological and natinal atlas materials more thoroughly than MapLink.
