To whom it may concern,
   I am desperate to find a digital file for a map of the former
Union.  I would ideally like a digital file with all of the New States,and Obl
ast info(Sort of a county/State organizational unit) for Russia.  I am a new
professor at Texas (untentured as yet) and would be very greatful for any info
rmation you might have.  A file appropriate for either Arc-Info or Altas would
earn you my heart felt thanks as well as a tacky Lenin pin.
