----------------------------Original message---------------------------- I am planning on doing some atmospheric radio noise measurements in the Southwest (probably New Mexico) and would like to obtain an azimuthal equidistant projection world map centered on (or near) the test site. I would appreciate any suggestions. I did get one of these maps centered on San Diego from our library (here at NRaD). It was published by the Defense Mapping Agency Hydrographic/Topographic Center. It has a revision date of 2/5/73, but the series is apparently no longer published. The map (centered on San Diego) has a DMA Stock No. of WOXZP5190. What I am hoping for is that there is someplace that can supply this type of map for most of the cities in the US (or at least the Southwest), so that after we select our measurement site we will be able to quickly obtain an azimuthal equidistant projection world map centered on (or near) the test site. Thanks Doug Lawrence
