NOMINATIONS SOUGHT FOR THE 1995 DARTMOUTH MEDAL The Reference and Adult Services Division's (RASD) Dartmouth Medal Committee is seeking nominations for this award honoring "...achievement in creating reference works outstanding in quality and significance." The term "creating reference works" may include (but is not necessarily limited to) "writing, compiling, editing, or publishing reference books" or providing "information in other forms for reference use" -- such as computerized databases. The primary requirement of eligibility is that the work had to "have been published or otherwise made available" during 1994. The award is a bronze medal designed by Rudolph Rizicka and donated by Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH. To nominate a reference work, please complete the information below and submit it to the chair of the Dartmouth Medal Committee by December 15, 1994.
