Hi Attachai In response to your email about graphing, you could try and use the GUMGRAF program which is part of the DSSAT package. It will run under the DSSAT shell as well as stand alone. In it, you can specify whichever two variable names you like to plot against one another, load some series for graphing (either from model output files or from experimental data) and get a graph.
