Hi,
I wonder if anyone in the U.S. has successfully sent e-mail
messages to Estonia, and in particular to the National Library
of Estonia?  I have been trying unsuccessfully for a long time
to send messages to Eve Tang in the Cartographic Section of
the National Library of Estonia.  Her messages to Maps-L and
to me personally have been received, but I am not able to
reply to her at this address:  [log in to unmask]
 
Can anyone suggest why this is not working?  Thanks.
