     GIS Newslink is cited numerous times in the GIS sourcebook.
 
     Is GIS Newslink an online publication? Paper?
 
     Despite the citations, we cant seem to find it cited elsewhere, and of
     course, our reader wants stuff in the publication, as cited in the
     Sourcebook. [silly reader]
 
     How to obtain copies or subscription or online address?
 
     Help?!
