On Wednesday, April 18, it is being held at the Humboldt County Library at 1313 Third Street (approximately Third and N Streets). This beautiful new library overlooks Humboldt Bay and sits at the edge of "Old Town" Eureka behind the Carson Mansion, Eureka's most famous landmark. Parking is free at the library but for those driving, try to park in the outer areas so library patrons have primary access to the library. Parking permits will be available for the conference session at Humboldt State University. On Thursday, April 19, the conference is being held in the Humboldt Bay Room at the Red Lion Inn at 1929 Fourth Street. Conference Host Conference host is Robert Sathrum. Bob can be contacted by phone at work (707-826-4930) or home (707-442-9028) or fax (707-826- 3440) or email ([log in to unmask]). The Arcata Airport is approximately 10 miles north of Eureka. For those staying at the Red Lion Inn a complimentary airport shuttle is available. Call the hotel at 707-445-0844 for arrangements.
