There are several topographic series if you are looking for current
coverage and these are available as separate sheet maps in large series.
The most recent coverage is 1:25,000-scale.
 
I am not sure of your request but there would also be several primary
source maps of the area from the sixteenth century while fairly detailed
early maps would begin with the Cassini survey (1750's - 1780's?). I would
suspect you could find several options available to you.
