Italian customs authorities are slow and Italian mail is even slower.  The
problem is that you can not contact "the" customs authorities as they are
divided in al lot of seperate units and you have to find out which unit is
responsible. Therefore, check the mail company and try if they can find out
wherer the package is or was declared for customs.
