Lately we have been receiving a Surface Mgmt Status topo map from BLM,
and also a second map that includes Surface Mgmt /and/ Minerals Mgmt.
It looks like an identical map with a mineral mapping overlay.

Are other libraries receiving both?  I'm wondering if it would be OK to
discard the surface mgmt. and keep only the Surface Mgmt/Mineral Mgmt copy?
