Subject: MAPS-L: question regarding Joint Operational Graphics (JOG)maps

Alice,

Yes, I also have a lot of the old memos and letters--the retrictions and
policies changed through time. The point of my message is that the old
policies are not the current policies. We, and our users, can treat
these maps as being in the public domain. This is a good thing.

At one point there was a written memo on this, or maybe it is in the
depository manual chapter on maps? My DMA depository box is in storage,
but
one day I will take a look and see if I can find the JOG memo that I
thinnnkkkk I remember.
