Texas Tech University is offering up several hundred discards of Russian
WWII era topographic maps. These were duplicates obtained from Indiana
University. For more information about the maps, please see
http://www.libraries.iub.edu/index.php?pageId=2247 .

Texas Tech would like postal reimbursement.
