*REGISTER SOON FOR THE 2006 North American Regional Science Conference*

Dear Delegate,

The 53rd North American Regional Science Conference will be held in
Toronto, November 16-18, 2006. The conference venue will be the historic
Fairmont Royal York Hotel <http://www.fairmont.com/royalyork/>, located in
the heart of downtown Toronto and minutes from the theatre district,
restaurants, public transit, and other cultural attractions.

Be sure to look at our exciting pre-conference field trips, including a
trip to Niagara Falls, with stops in Niagara-on-the-Lake, and three local
wineries, including lunch, set for Wednesday November 15! Also, Dr. Gunter
Gad (University of Toronto) will be leading a walking tour of downtown
Toronto. Space is limited for both, and advance registration is required.
See the conference web page for full details.

*The first NARSC Graduate Student Paper Competition will also take place at
the occasion of this conference. A cash prize will be awarded to the
winner of this contest. Travel grants will be awarded to finalists of the
contest, courtesy of ESRI Inc. Details are posted on the conference web
site.

*Conference registration will run April 15 - August 1*, and available
on-line. Be sure to check the conference website <http://www.narsc.org/>
