Hi, Frank - With some help from the UCSB geography folks, Chris has
communicated by email with the CMU guy.  So, since I figured he was now
the expert, I didn't bring his email to me on this computer.  Chris
probably has more accurate information than I do.   So, put a shout out
for Chris on this list.  I think his last name is Winter and I think
he's from U Chicago.  v
