Friends:      The Computer Center here at the University of Georgia has told
everyone on e-mail at Georgia that the Internet/Bitnet connection to the
University will be down for the installation of new software during the period:
5:00 AM to 8:00AM Eastern Standard Time, February 18 (Friday).   This means
that MAPS-L message traffic may be delayed and that messages sent to MAPS-L
might not get through tomorrow morning.  With new software at the router there
should be no problems with message traffic, but!!  If you have problems
please wait a few hours and resend your messages.  If there are still problems
after a few hours send a message to me -  JSUTHERL@UGA   or
