We have in Sacaramento a Railroad Museum with a fairly extensive research
collection.  I cannot speak for them but this does seem the sort of
material that they had in their collection when I visited last year (in
addition to a *lot* of other stuff.  I can forward it to them if you want
to send it to me or I can send their address if you wish.
