I have the report "The Map Library in Transition" in my e-mail folder that I
can send to Mr. Bower if I had his correct(?) e-mail address.  I have tried
twice now but with not luck.  If Mr Bower will send me his correct
address I will forward it to him.  Sorry to take up bandwith but there
appears to be no other way to reach him.
