I've noticed that USGS didn't include the 7.5 x 15-minute quads on the
new MA/CT/RI and WA topo indexes.  Have they EVER issued indexes
reflecting these quads or have the indexes always only shown the standard
7.5-minute sheets?
 
And while I'm complaining about indexes -- is everyone still merrily
drawing in the 1:25,000 sheets on their Alaska indexes?
 
Just wanting to make sure that we're not completely behind the times!
