I don't know where the place you seek is located, but I can tell you that
the place name is not Cubilquitzensis. The -ensis ending is added to place
names in scientific names for organisms associated with the place, e.g.
canadensis for a plant or animal found primarily in Canada. My guess is
that the place you're looking for is called Cubilquitze.
