I have a series of maps published by the Survey and Mapping Office,
Buildings and Lands Department of the Hong Kong government.  The maps were
published in the 1980's and are copyrighted by the Hong Kong government.
Any information about what the copyright covers or the phone or fax number
for the above government office would be most appreciated.
