Linda:  Why on earth are you disturbed about private industry adding value to
a product issued by the Feds?  Would you ferret this information away in some
dusty closet?  My hat is off to anyone that can reformat that information,and
market it.  This means that a person is purchasing hardware and software,
paying local, state, and Federal taxes, and in general, being productive
members of society.  Please remember that this information has been gathered
at tax payers expense, and as such, must remain in public domain.
