Subject: Help needed with PLANFILES

Can anyone help me with this problem or direct me to someone who can? I
have 3 large (5 ft.long) metal planfiles in my library. Map folders in the
latter half of each file are extremely difficult to pull out. They are
difficult enough that they have caused back and shoulder pain. It does
not occur with all of the folders so I never know when a physical strain
will result. If maps need to be withdrawn from the files I will do that,
but will that solve the problem? Would something like WD-40 help on the
rollers? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
