Jane,

The Friends of Golda Meir Library, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee,
may still be offering a set of four facsimile maps of Ortelius, one
of which is probably similar to that which you had.  These are good
reproductions from originals in the AGS Collection for $100.  Contact
