On an aerial photo there is no relief (blank). On a remote-sensing
map based on aerial photography, the relief is b, for shading.

What are people coding the relief for aerial photographs and
remote-sensing maps in the fixed field as? I've seen examples with a
blank, maybe because relief isn't actually being "represented" as we're
talking about photographs, and examples with "z" for "other", and Kathryn
Womble has seen examples with "i" for "pictorial".
