Dear Mr. Stevenson,
 
Thanks for the info.  Unfortunately, neither Brooklyn nor Queens have this
map available.  The science librarian at Queens believes that this item may
not be available by ILL (why I don't know).  So if anyone is willing to
depart with this map for about a month, I'd appreciate it.
