I got a few answers off line, but this is a great answer! Several other shapefiles of interest too. 

Do you have ArcGIS Desktop installed on a computer? You won’t believe this, but a JOG shapefile is included with the software install. You can find it under the software install directory. Mine was on my PC under C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\Desktop10.5\Reference Systems .
