I have an address matching program that is almost complete that will
take in an "as entered" address and correct city and street names and
standardize the format and give back the zip+4.  The price for home and
research (non-commercial) use will be about $25 or $39 or something really
cheap.  You will need a CD ROM drive, because there are 5000Mb of data.
