This is a call for discussion topics for the GIS Discussion Group meeting at
ALA Annual in Las Vegas.



This group provides a forum for the discussion of geographic information
technologies including digital geo-spatial data and metadata issues,
electronic geographic and cartographic products, geographic information
systems, and electronic mapping.  If you have an interest in topics such as
preserving digital geo-spatial data, useful tools for making maps, and
strategies for supporting GIS services at your institution please plan to
