I, STRONGLY, urge you to consult the photogrammetry firm that originally
created those photos.  He will probably have the original negatives in his
vault and will be more than happy to generate new copy for you.
 Additionally, you are treading on some pretty murky water in reproducing
those photo's (artwork) without getting permission. Extreme caution should be
exercised.
