According to my patron who can read "Meyers Orts- und Verkers-
Lexikon," there were 5 villages named Hetzdorf in the former
German Empire, none of which was in the Prussian province of
East Prussia. These five villages were: 1) Hetzdorf, district
of Prenzlau in the Prussian province of Brandenburg (53 26 N/
13 43 E); 2) Hetzdorf, district of Chemnitz in the Kingdom of
Saxony (50 51 N/ 13 08 E); 3) Hetzdorf, district of Dresden in
the Kingdom of Saxony (50 58 N/ 13 27 E); 4) Hetzdorf, district
of Leipzig in the Kingdom of Saxony (51 11 N/ 12 57 E); and 5)
Hetzdorf, district of Roda in the Duchy of Saxe-Altenburg
(50 56 N/ 11 48 E). All are currently in Germany.
