A graduate student at our university has been looking for weather data
on Lithuania for the years 1988-1991.  The World Weather Records,
published by the Dept of Commerce, only have statistics up to 1980 (?).
Does anyone have any suggestions as to sources for more current weather
statistics for Lithuania?
