     The following appeared in the Baltimore Sun this morning:
 
     FBI agents have found the man wanted for questioning in a string of
     recent rare book mutilations and thefts from libraries, including the
     George Peabody Library in Baltimore.
 
     Gilbert Joseph Bland Jr. who operated an antique maps shop near Fort
     Lauderdale until he abruptly vacated the store Friday, was tracked
     down in Florida over the weekend, according to Special Agent Larry
     Faust, a spokesman for the FBI in Baltimore.
 
     "There have not been any charges placed against him yet." Mr. Faust
     said.
