Subject: Ptolemaic Projections

Dear All,
I was looking for the equations of the so called "first" and "second"
Ptolemaic projections, which are generally described as "conic-like"
projections. Until now, I have been unsuccessful. I'm wondering whether some
of you could provide help. Thanks.
