Since I am color blind I cannot offer an answer. Please note, however, that your choice of paint/varnish etc.,  may be limited by potential “off gassing.”



For example, we recently added a Secure Storage Facility (SSF) to house our vellum bound atlases.

After the work was completed it was determined that the flooring was off-gassing and may, over the long term, harm the atlases.



So the flooring had to be torn up and reinstalled.
