Value of Sanborns

Our library is being given a personal collection of about 15 volumes of
Kentucky Sanborn maps.  The donor would like to have them appraised for
tax purposes.  Does anyone know of a source for estimating the value of
Sanborn maps or have any idea of what the value per sheet might be?
