We charge replacement costs plus $25 processing for all lost and damaged
items, or if the patron can find a replacement cheaper than we can, then
we'll take that.  We have been loaning GPS units for over 10 years as part
of our Technology Lending program.  They aren't as popular as they used to
be, but still get occasional use.
