I am not sure if this is helpful but it is a fairly current:

Planning atlas of the Lower Mekong River Basin : Cambodia, Lao PDR, Thailand, Vietnam, 2011
Author: Mekong River Commission. Basin Development Plan,
Publisher: Phnom Pehn, Cambodia : Mekong River Commission, Basin Development Plan, 2011.
Edition/Format: eMap : Atlas : Document : English
Database: WorldCat
Summary:
The Planning Atlas aims to inform a wide, non-specialist audience about a wide range of land and water related information of the Mekong River Basin. The atlas encourages the reader to explore the different themes and to consider how each might influence the choices that the Mekong River Commission has to make to promote and coordinate sustainable management and development of the Mekong River Basin.

The MeKong River Commission has a website: http://portal.mrcmekong.org/index
As well as map service/interactive maps: http://portal.mrcmekong.org/map_service

I hope this helps.

Subject: Needed: digital geologic map of Lower Mekong River Basin

Hello all,

I have a researcher looking for a digital geologic map/data of the Lower Mekong River Basin. I've found data for Southeast Asia as a region, but he's hoping for something at a better resolution. Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks!
