Subject: HARN - High Accuracy Refernece Network
 
I am trying to find information on the new "High Accuracy Reference
Network".
I have been told that the National Geodetic Survey has something to do with
it, but I can not find a description of this Network and if it is really in
existence.  Can anyone help me?
