Jim,
  You might try the USGS map entitled: Great Salt Lake and vicinity,
Utah, 1974.  Shows contours down to 4,193 (lake elev. 1973 at 4200),
then soundings below that.
 
 Keep in mind of course that the lake elevation can fluctuate
significantly year to year.
