Hello-
I have a faculty member interested in knowing if there has been any work to digitize/extract features from historic topographic maps of West Africa - mainly the French (IGN) topographic maps from the 1950s-60s. Does anyone know of a geospatial database containing vector features from these maps?

Thank you in advance!
Jaime
