I cannot give you that number which is rather meaningless, but the question
should be framed in terms of the hypsometric curve for the earth.  Do a web
search on that and you will get many views of the graph that shows the
cumulative portion of the Earth's surface above or below any
elevation.  Such curves also include depths below sea level.  Hypsometric
curves are common in physical geography and geology textbooks.
