The Washington Map Society is again offering the Ristow Prize competition
for excellence in the history of cartography, with a deadline of 1 June
2021.This competition is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students in
any institution of higher learning around the world (although papers must
be in English). Information about the prize, and a list of past winners,

Attached to this email is a long and short form information sheet about the
Ristow Prize and the competition details. Is it possible to share
information about the Prize, perhaps the short-form information sheet, in
the Maps-L listserv? Please let me know if I should contact a different
