I understood Alice's question to mean - what is the relationship of CUAC to the
meeting at LC earlier that week?  The answer is that it is purely one of
convenience - we planned CUAC to follow "The Map Library in Transition" so the
members would not have to make 2 trips to Washington this Fall.
